SBC has successfully completed numerous projects in harbour side and inner Sydney suburbs, where access is often limited, sites are steeply sloping and the building foundations sometimes require major cutting and underpinning / reinforcement work. Awareness of our expertise on these difficult sites has resulted in many owners and architects approaching us early in their design stage to seek our input about ways to overcome the expected issues on these sites
Renovations, Additions and Bathroom Remodelling
The capabilities that have allowed us to be successful in our new residential construction activities have enabled us to build a strong reputation in the area of construction of architectural designed renovations and additions. We have completed 100’s of projects, ranging from the refurbishment of bathrooms through to the modification of existing structures and the building of major new additions.
